**IMPORTANT** After your order is placed, please email info@cinderollies.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- Attach the high resolution monogram image file you would like printed on the bags (image files with color are okay)
- If you need us to design something for you, please email the Bride/Groom names, event date and the font color you would like (Black or White)
- Address you need them shipped to and the delivery date you need them in hand by
Once we receive the above information, we will email a design mockup for approval. Once approved, you’ll get an email with tracking information when they ship about 4 weeks after mockup approval.
Unless specified otherwise, personalized bulk orders ship with our standard (recommended) sizing breakdown: 10% small (5.5-6.5), 40% medium (7-8), 40% large (8.5-9.5), and 10% XL (10-11)
Feel free to adjust the sizes requested from our standard breakdown in the “customer notes” section at checkout (ie “please ship 4 small , 25 medium, etc”)
Each pair comes folded inside a matching color wristlet/tote with a sizing hangtag indicating shoe size so your guests will know what size to grab
We recommend 50 pairs for every 100 guests
Made from man-made materials. Synthetic “faux” leather upper with a non-slip rubber sole. Designed to last 20+ wears.

Custom monogramming is available on bulk orders of 50 pairs or more: We can print pretty much any monogram/logo image file you send us (same monogram printed on all bags) or if you tell us what you want printed (bride/groom names, wedding date, etc) we can design something for you. PLEASE NOTE: custom wedding monograms can only be printed on bulk orders of 50 pairs or more. 4 weeks lead time is needed for delivery on personalized orders with custom monograms. We cannot print or monogram different names or initials on the bags at this time, custom monogram orders must have the same monogram printed on all the tote bags that the Cinderollies come in.

After placing your order of personalized Cinderollies, you must send an email to info@cinderollies.com with the following info:

Your order number
please attach monogram image file you want printed on the bags in a high resolution format (we can print pretty much any image file you send us)
